Cayos Cochinos, also known as the Cochinos Cays, is an archipelago located approximately 30 kilometers northeast of La Ceiba on the northern coast of Honduras. This group consists of two main islands, Cayo Menor and Cayo Grande, along with 13 smaller coral cays.

The total land area of these islands is about 2 square kilometers (0.8 square miles), and they are part of the Bay Islands department within the Roatán municipality. As of the last census in 2001, the population was recorded at just 108 residents.
